Today was pretty textbook as far as it goes after a move like that on QQQ 0.00%↑ and SPY 0.00%↑ - hard to get the momentum of equal velocity so that check back and slow grind higher was expected.
We’re running out of steam on SPY 0.00%↑ and QQQ 0.00%↑ and as we get into mid-week some OPEX trade ideas are-a-brewing.
Russia reduced oil output by the most since cuts started and I think we’re going to see larger inventory draws here soon. The paper (WTI) market is lagging but with EIA tomorrow and that action today I am net long through Crude calls.
NVDA 0.00%↑ continued higher today and Aunt Nancy is crushing most of your unusual call flow activity bros - sucks to suck but at least you have this report. It’s always amazing to me to watch people chase ideas after they’ve occurred - NVDA is one of those and there are a few other semi-conductors that are setting up less crowded longs and the best part is you don’t have to do the “who is buying calls so I can guess where it’s going game” to analyze it.
This stock becomes something of a ‘too far too fast’ candidate (for those of you in the know) so I’m stalking it into Friday expiration and talk about it in the premium video tonight.
TSLA 0.00%↑ started creeping lower today and I was short off the open but cut the trade after a failure to continue lower. This is, and has been, on my list near here to get long. For those of you that watched the Sunday video you know why.
The Premium video for tonight is below.
A little longer but a few things to discuss, especially on Crude and NVDA.
