The LongVol Report Issue 45

The Fed paused again and it seems most are guessing that’s it.

I have a few thoughts on that that I shared last week in the mid-week update and a few changes for the SPY 0.00%↑ and QQQ 0.00%↑ this week with charts inside the report that are key.

One of the ideas that was in The Swing Monitor, Square, crushed earnings last week and there is an update to that in this weeks issue but here are some quick notes:

Energy is back again and dividend increases keep happening on a lot of names - I mentioned this to US World Report & News 5 weeks ago.

A new AST Alert will be added in an energy name long this week.
