Here is a recap of what you missed this week (WYMTW).
The video is below, you can subscribe to that, and I am opening up Q&A again for a weekly Q&A on these posts. Email in to submit - Q&A is at the end of this week.

NVDA & SMCI directional trades from members this week (profits)
NFLX Printed +$50 in 2 trading days this week (I highlighted this Sunday night)
This is a 3-day weekend and it could not come at a better time as I’ve been studying for this series 65 exam - this is an exam that you need to become a “Registered Investment Advisor”.
Fun fact, I took the series 7 when I was 20 at Charles Schwab.
This exam was a bit more difficult.
Simple terms: it’s required to manage money and charge fees. When you run a hedge fund (private partnership) you don’t need it but we are running a model with separately managed accounts meaning the capital is NOT pooled and stays in each clients account at Schwab or Interactive Brokers.
Plus, I’m building out a Wealth Management division so you need the registration and license for that as well.
I put together a great team for the firm and this is my next major endeavor and something I’ve been after for the last 5-6 years but just got distracted with other business endeavors.
Tomorrow is the Monaco GP and Wake Surfing day then Monday is a lounge day, hard to beat this weekend and even better passing this exam.
The Market at Large
This week we had Fed Minutes which I shared a few thoughts on in the portfolio recap for Members in the AST Portfolio.
$524 still sell side control area on SP500
$535 then $540 and above that $560
Will update in The New Report Sunday the rest
I’ll get into the detailed outlook in Issue 22 of The Report Tomorrow.

Disclaimer: this is a lot to digest if you want an “easy approach” or don’t want to mentally work through this then don’t watch, use the AST Portfolio and make it easier.
I am simply going to go through this on this weeks episode because I’ve had conversations with some members the last month about this and I am going to give you an overview here.
In depth discussions and further insights can be found as a paying member.

Q: Why all 3, why not just one strategy:
A: There is nothing wrong with one-strategy but usually that is an amateur/beginner I am 2-3 years into this approach. This approach allows me to look at ideas and find the “best” scenarios to allocate capital too.
Q: Does Macro Matter?
A: Subjective to each person. To the person trading momentum and correlation in Momentum Monitor Stocks, NO. To the person looking at Special Situations/Companies with a macro element obviously YES. But being able to be fluid across both mental frameworks is a skill to acquire and a benefit to your investing.
