Good morning from Puerto Rico.
I spent Thursday researching more ideas for the Q3 allocations and I’ve found a few new adds that will go into the LongVol Report Sunday.
Papa Johns and other consumer cyclical names are stuck in purgatory right now and given the jobs data and revisions (discussed in this weeks show) it makes sense that larger pods/desks are not stepping in on them.
Jerome and Co. are on the verge of pushing this too far - but not in the way a real estate agent might say that with a bias so that they can sell more overpriced assets to clients…..but in a way that could see some more names like PZZA 0.00%↑ and others in that consumer cyclical space bleed out more.
